Do you have a maintenance contract for the device? Then you can create the RMA via the portal and it will be repaired free of charge. If you don’t have a maintenance contract? Then you will receive a quote for reparation without obligation.

Printer support on-site
Is your printer defective and do you want our on-site technical service to repair your printer? You can request an RMA number for an on-site reparation here. After we have received your report, you will be contacted as soon as possible to make an appointment for a visit by one of our engineers.
Do you have a maintenance contract for the device? Then you can create the RMA via the portal and it will be repaired free of charge. If you don’t have a maintenance contract? Then you will receive a quote for repair without obligation.
