What is On-the-Road?

On-the-Road is a planning and mobility solution that can be used from 8 to 800 vehicles. With On-the-Road, distribution orders can be planned graphically. On an electronic map, all orders and routes can be followed real-time. The drivers have a mobile device that has a wireless connection with the central system. The mobile device shows their orders and all other information that is important to them. By doing so, the drivers always have the right and up-to-date information. At the moment they unload and deliver goods at a customer’s site, they can register and check these goods (by scanning the barcodes) with their mobile device (“proof of delivery”). In the background, the central On-the-Road system will be updated automatically. Of course, it is also possible to register pick-up orders (“proof of collect”) in a similar manner.

On-the-Road is a modern application, entirely based on standard Microsoft technology. On-the-Road can be integrated with any ERP or TMS system. A standard integration with Microsoft Dynamics is available.
