Dynamics Mobile Proof of Delivery

With our Mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) application for DynamicsTM AX, truck drivers know exactly which goods have to be delivered to each customer. It is also possible to register each item that is taken back from the customer; simply by scanning the barcode of each item with the truck driver’s hand terminal.

What if a mistake is made? The application will immediately, when the barcode of the pallet or box is scanned, notice this and give a warning. This means that no items can be forgotten, changed or incorrectly delivered. After delivery, the customer puts a signature on the hand terminal’s touch screen. When required, a mobile printer can be connected (wirelessly) to the hand terminal to print a document for the customer’s administration. The status of the delivery in DynamicsTM AX is automatically updated and the customer’s signature is linked to the delivery and can be viewed or printed any time.
